We always respect you and the time you choose to spend with us! We kindly ask that you respect the time of our stylists and your fellow guests. All associates running business under SALON + CO, LLC are independent licensed professionals. SALON + CO, LLC is not liable or responsible for any members working under any of the establishments. SALON + CO, LLC is an independent company that contracts out other companies.
If you are running late for your appointment, a courtesy call to notify us is much appreciated. Please be aware that if you are running late, your stylist may be unable to provide you the best service in the limited time available and may have to ask to reschedule your appointment. The cancellation policy will apply. If we are able to still take you and you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. A nonrefundable late fee of $25 will be added to your total.
We welcome minors receiving a service who are accompanied by an adult. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we strictly prohibit unsupervised minors in the salon.

OUR POLICIES
Cancellation / No Show Policy
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel / reschedule your appointment, please do so before 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. All appointments cancelled / rescheduled with less than a 24-hour window that including a covid related, will be charged a nonrefundable fee of a minimum $25 or up to 50% of booked appointment depending on hours booked.
No Show Policy: If you do not show up to your appointment and we were not notified you will be charged a nonrefundable fee of up to 100% of your booked service. Clients who no show more than one appointment are rude and will be required to pay for services in full before booking.
We understand things happen however our stylists are commission based. A 24-hour cancellation policy ensures our stylists are able to fill your spot with our waitlist. Thank you for your understanding!
